Husson Halts Johnson at Home
Brandon Corbo and Brandon Bosse each netted three goals to power Husson to a 14-2 win over Johnson State in a North Atlantic Conference men's lacrosse game Saturday. The Eagles improved to 4-7, 4-4 NAC, while the Badgers dropped to 0-9, 0-7 in the NAC.

The Johnson state softball team split a pair of non-conference matches (6-1 W, 7-1L) against Clarkson University on Friday at Johnson State College. Johnson State moves to 6-13 on the season and 5-2 in the NAC while Clarkson now stands 2-20 on the year.

The Johnson State men's lacrosse team fell to visiting Lyndon State 10-6 on Friday afternoon on the campus of Johnson State College. With the win, Lyndon advances to 2-12 on the year and 2-5 om North Atlantic Conference (NAC) play. The Badgers slide to 0-8 on the year and 0-5 in the NAC.

Tennis team defeated host Johnson State College 6-3 this afternoon in NAC tennis action. With the win, the Trailblazers improve to 3-4 on the season and earn their first NAC win of the season. The Badgers fall to 1-8 overall and are still in search of their first conference win.

Maine Maritime dropped a pair of North Atlantic Conference games to Johnson State in a softball double-header Saturday. The Badgers won the first game 5-4 in eight innings and took the nightcap 4-3. Johnson State improved to 4-10 overall, 4-0 NAC, while the Mariners fell to 2-10, 0-6.

Thomas College (1-6, 1-2 NAC) was able to capture their first conference victory of the season, downing Johnson State (0-4, 0-2 NAC) 13-5 in a North Atlantic Conference (NAC) men's lacrosse contest held at Colby College.Matt Dekens led the way for the Badgers scoring twice in the third period and once in the fourth.
