DESCRIPTION: Our spinning program offers an energizing, cycling-inspired group exercise training program with expert coaching, exhilarating music and a unique mind/body philosophy – all at self-directed pace. During the class the instructor simulates a ride. Together, you will travel flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular class. Bring a towel and water and be ready to sweat!


A fitting Tank or t-shirt with cycling shorts is recommended for comfort on the saddle. Cycling shoes with SPD clips are recommended for a superior ride, but stiff-sole athletic shoes are ok, too. New riders are encouraged to arrive early for the instructor to help you get set up properly on the bike.


First time riders are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and give our instructor a few minutes to show you the ins and outs of the ride. Because of safety concerns, new riders not be admitted to class if they arrive late. All classes start on time, so make sure you’re on the bike before the lights go down.


Hydration is the key to an energizing, effective and successful ride. Make sure to drink water during and after the ride.


Proper alignment on the Spinning bike is essential to protecting your knees, shoulders and back. For safety and effectiveness of the ride, it is important that a trained instructor assist you in setting up your bike.

DESCRIPTION: Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun and easy to follow cardio dance class combines high-energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves and combinations that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Easy to follow, and something everyone can do – Zumba is the best way to “dance away your worries”. We promise, exercise has never been so fun!

Weight Training:

DESCRIPTION: Students will learn the proper lifting form and a training approach for their fitness goals. You will learn how to design training programs for your goals and learn the difference between muscle strengthen an endurance. You will know how to build lean tone muscle and not only impoverish muscular strength but cardiovascular strength. "The only home you have is your body, if you take care of your home it will take care of you".

INSTRUCTOR: Leigh Gregory 

Leigh Gregory

BIO: Driven by fitness, health and adventure, Leigh dove head first in to the It’s Yoga family. She discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga while studying health and wellness in northern Vermont. In 2008, she completed a Massage Therapy course at Body Soul Spa and School to expand on her interest of anatomy and in 2009, she received her Personal Training Certification through ISFTA. Since 2008, Leigh happily balanced her two businesses while living a rugged life off the grid. Continuously drawn to deepen her yoga practice, she decided to pursue the It’s Yoga Teacher Training program, packed up her few belongings, and bought a one way ticket to California.

She received her 200hr Certificate at Asta Yoga, an It’s Yoga affiliate, with Rene Henly and Stevie Pyka in September 2011. In November, she went on to complete the It’s Yoga Rocket Training in San Francisco with Marie Russel. After six months reconnecting with her family in Philadelphia, Leigh moved to Toledo, Ohio to join Marie in the opening and operation of It’s Yoga Toledo.

Leigh continues to practice massage, and while she still loves a kick butt bootcamp style workout or a 10 mile run in the rain and mud, her true love and focus is dedicated to It’s Yoga System as a facilitator and practitioner.

DESCRIPTION: Yoga Flow- A dynamic flowing yoga class that will tune into the needs of the students. Class will always include breathing exercises, warm-up, yoga postures, final relaxation and centering. Kali is an experienced yoga teacher trained in Kriplau and tantra vinyasa, the blend creates a flowing and mindful yoga class.

Aqua Fitness  


BIO: Lisa is a 2009 graduate of Johnson State with a degree in business management. She has been in and around pools since taking an American Red Cross Lifeguarding course in 1993. Lisa currently holds certificates from ARC in Lifeguarding, Lifeguard Instruction, and Water Safety Instruction. She has a passion for water safety.

Lisa is also a certified yoga practitioner and former member of the American Association of Snowboard Instructors. 

"Helping people lead active, healthy lives brings me great joy," says Lisa. 

In her free time, Lisa enjoys running trail and road races as well as sprint triathlons. 

Lisa lives in Johnson with her Husband and two young daughters. The family enjoys hiking, running, skiing, and, of course, swimming.
